For individuals on their mental health journey. If you are looking for a NAMI Connection group or previously attended our NAMI Connection group, this group is for you. While talking is powerful, sometimes words aren’t enough. By incorporating simple creative activities, we aim to provide a low-pressure environment where we can process our mental health journeys through color, shape, and community. What to expect: Same Heart: We will still start with a supportive check-in and maintain our commitment to confidentiality and respect. New Method: We will spend a portion of our time working on a simple “mess-free” creative prompt (no artistic “talent” required!). Low Pressure: Participation in the art is always optional—the goal is connection and personal reflection.
