By incorporating simple creative activities\, we aim to provide a low-pressure environment where we can process our mental health journeys through color\, shape\, and community. What to expect: Same Heart: We will still start with a supportive check-in and maintain our commitment to confidentiality and respect. New Method: We will spend a portion of our time working on a simple "mess-free" creative prompt (no artistic "talent" required!). Low Pressure: Participation in the art is always optional the goal is connection and personal reflection.
