Scott was named the President and CEO of the Tyler Economic Development Council and CEO of the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce on July 28, 2020 after serving as President of the North Louisiana Economic Partnership since 2013. In a career spanning over 20 years, he has worked directly on projects culminating in over $1.1 billion in direct capital investment. Martinez has served in economic development roles in the Houston and Austin, Texas markets, North Louisiana, and his home state of Mississippi. Scott is a native of Laurel, Mississippi and earned a bachelor’s degree from Ole Miss as well as a Master of Science degree in Economic Development from the University of Southern Mississippi. He has been designated a Certified Economic Developer by the International Economic Development Council and serves on its Board of Directors and Governance Committee.

Henry worked for 14 years with what is now Regions Bank in Tyler, and has been with the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce for over 32 years where he is currently President. He has added responsibilities for the Tyler Convention and Visitors Bureau referred to as Visit Tyler and SPORTyler as well.  He currently serves on the board of Champions for Children, Mosaic, UT Austin and UT Tyler Development boards,  and Chair of the Development Board of the Pharmacy School at UT Tyler.

During the 40 plus years with the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce, Tory has worked as membership services administrator, assisted the Texas Rose Festival with ticket sales and accounting, and served as Leadership Tyler Chamber staff liaison.  She is currently the Chamber staff accountant and assists with the day-to-day operations of the organization.  She is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management and Leadership Tyler Class 8.

Membership Services Administrator: JENNI WILSON

Reporting to the President, Jenni provides customer service to members of the Chamber, facilitates Chamber events and ribbon cuttings, as well as support the volunteers of the Contact Club. She is also responsible for membership database management, which includes interfacing with the chamber's new website. Administrative Assistant: MARGAUX SANDERS

Reporting to the President, Margaux is serving as administrative assistant working with the Chamber Board and committees as well as membership services.  In addition, she assists with many Chamber events, ribbon cuttings, as well as support the volunteers of the Contact Club.  She grew up in Tyler and graduated from TK Gorman HS. She earned a degree from Texas Tech in Hospitality (GPA 3.4) with a concentration in Event Management.  Margaux joined the Chamber in November 2020.
