Tyler Community Band Concert

The Tyler Community Band, directed by Mr. Neil Smith, presents its annual fall concert at Hillside Church of the Nazarene on Tuesday, November 2 at 7 p.m. The program includes "Abracadabra" by Ticheli, Whitacre's' "October" and a concert overture for winds by Alfred Reed, "The Hounds of Spring". "American Overture" for band by Jenkins and Grundman's "Concord" are also included in the program. "Fright Night" by Kazik includes music from the Addams family, "Jaws" and "Night on Bald Mountain" "One-Eyed chicken" by band member Kelly Bennette and Sousa's "The Thunderer" complete the program. The concert is free.
