Rose City Chili POD 40th Chili Cookoff

Rose City Chili Pod's 40th Ever Chili Cookoff, Sharon Shrine Center. CASI sanctioned, $25 entry for CASI chili, turn in 1:00 PM, Beans, $10 entry, turn in 12 noon. Junior Division (age 5-17) CASI chili, $10 entry, turn in 12:30 PM. Anyone can cook, must follow CASI rules. People's Choice chili, $20 entry if not already registered for CASI cook, please have minimum 3 gallons ready for public tasting, start serving at 11:00 AM, anyone can enter, no rules, $5 donation for tasting cup, spoon and voting ballot. Trophies/Points awarded for all categories. JUDGES NEEDED for all categories. ALL proceeds benefit Shriner's Hospital for Children.
