Rose City Chili Cookoff
43rd Rose City Chili cookoff - CASI sanctioned. Family event with competitions in Beans - $10 entry, 12 noon turn in; Junior Chili (ages 5-17) $10 entry, 12:30 turn in; CASI chili - $25 entry, 1:00 PM turn in. All proceeds benefit the 5 scholarship programs affiliated with the East Texas State Fair. Judges are needed in all categories, including Showmanship.
