Mixed Media Collage

Have you ever wanted to create art but have no drawing experience? This collage and mark making course allows you create beautiful artwork through casual play and experimentation. Join instructor Fran Cooper as she shows you how to create a lovely finished product. You’ll learn seven simple techniques from which to make a multitude of patterns. You’ll work with charcoal, ink, colored pencil and oil pastel to make marks. Fran will then show you how to deconstruct your work, rearrange the order and tack it to a canvas. Be prepared to have fun and be surprised by the beautiful results you create. As a bonus you’ll also learn how to transfer rust to paper.
