Journey to Justice

East Texas Center for Independent Living (ETCIL) is a non-profit corporation who provides services and resources for individuals with disabilities. Our focus is helping these individuals to increase personal self-determination, minimize dependence on others, and be able to engage in the community. After a financial blow that came to light on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, we have struggled to stay afloat. But with the help of enthusiastic staff and executives who have worked tirelessly, as well as our awesome volunteers and sponsors, we have prevailed over this economic disaster and celebrating a year of justice served.
