Back-to-School Community Fair

Family Circle of Care is celebrating National Health Center Week! Save the date for our Back-to-School Community Fair! Come get your Covid-19 vaccine/booster, physical exam, vision screening, and dental screening today from 9:00am - 1:00pm Receive some school supplies from local organizations and a backpack for Elementary aged kids while supplies last (children must be present to receive a backpack). ¡Family Circle of Care está celebrando la Semana Nacional del Centro de Salud! ¡Guarde la fecha para nuestra Feria Comunitaria de Regreso a Clases! Venga a obtener su vacuna/refuerzo de Covid-19, examen físico, revisíon de la vista y revisíon dental hoy de 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Reciba algunos útiles escolares de organizaciones locales y una mochila para niños de primaria hasta agotar existencias (niños deben estar presente para recibir una mochila).
