DESCRIPTION:The American Heart Association's annual Go Red for Women Luncheon in Tyler highlights the fight against the No. 1 killer of women  heart disease The 2019 Tyler Go Red for Women Luncheon will be held at the Green Acres CrossWalk Conference Center on Tuesday\, May 21. The annual event is designed to raise awareness of the leading cause of death in women: cardiovascular disease. The event is chaired by Dr. Andrea Cooley\, a board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon with the UT Health East Texas Cardiovascular Institute\, and Dianne Adelfio\, chief nursing officer for UT Health Tyler. The Tyler Go Red for Women Luncheon is sponsored nationally by CVS Health and locally by our presenting sponsor\, UT Health East Texas. The luncheon features local expert panelists\, inspiring survivor stories\, a silent auction and more. Individual tickets for the Tyler Go Red for Women Luncheon are $40 and tables of eight are $1\,000 payable in advance.
