The Sprint duathlon (1.5 mile run\, 6ish mile bike\, and 1.5 mile run) will be all on trail and can be tackled in the individual or relay format. *Please note\, due to the trail conditions\, we have reduced the ride mileage down from our usual 10ish to about 6.5 miles. We will be keeping it clean with an all on pavement 5K or 10K run for those who want to join the fun without a bike involved. Whether or not you choose the dirt\, the afterparty will be the same and full of fun!
